Take skirt off form.
True the curve of the side seam using curve tool
(for flared skirts with larger flares, this seam will be straight).
Continue the side seam with a straight line to the mark at the hem.
Repeat with the other piece.
True the center waist line with a right angle from the center line.
Continue truing waistline with curve tool.
Repeat with other piece.
