Black suit
Mugler
1996
This elegant suit is impeccably cut for a simple yet sophisticated shape. The raglan sleeve forms an inset corner at the collarbone and the simple collar shape flows from the front panel of the jacket up around the neck. The princess seam in this garment forms a graceful line sweeping from the armseye to the bust to the waist and then curving back over the hip. A double ended dart adds further shaping to the garment. The silver toggles used as front fasteners and on the sleeves give an appropriate modern finishing touch to this ensemble.
